02/20/14. I hope I just came on a bad day they didn't have chicharon, or lengua and not a a lot of variety of refreshments tonight. But overall it has some decent food. 02/28/14 The lady today has good customer service and the tacos I had were good too. The food came out nice and warm everything cook right.

First off they don't give you chips and salsa when you sit down. You have to pay for them. The shrimp cocktail was watery. They must use generic tomato juice. The asada had no flavor. Had it on a torta which was bland and dry. Won't go back. One plus is the place is nice and clean.

Oh this place is to fancy in one of the worse strip malls I have ever seen. It is cheap and good and I guess if you are stuck in Hanover Park then it is good enough. There are many worse places than this. The order was fast and tacos big enough

99 cent tacos lured us in. We ordered one chicken and one chorizo. Food came out fast. The tacos are in corn tortillas with a generous portion of meat and onions and fresh cilantro inside. It also came with a side of grilled onions and peppers, full baby onions. Very nice touch. Overall I enjoyed it, however the woman at the counter definitely made me feel heavily out of place on account to my being extremely white and not knowing Spanish.

The food here was just O.K. Nothing special. You get chips and salsa when you sit down but the salsa is kind of bland. I got a chorizo burrito which was good and hot. The service really lagged and we had to get up to get refills and to get our check when we were finished. With all the other choices in the area, I'll try something different next time.

This place opened about 4-5 months ago. They advertise tacos for $1 and they have a whole grilled chickenfor $7.99. So if you are hungry and in a budget this is your place to go. As far as the tacos they are worth every dollar. Their tacos are ok you get what you pay for. The chicken is good but not better than the place down the street called Chapala. For the price of $7.99 I suggest you give it a try and it is cleaner than Chapala. The chicken also comes with grilled cebollitas and grilled jalapenos (fire). Overall great place to go if you are in a budget.

Taqueria El Rincon Mexicano served authentic Mexican food. The tacos are delicious, the specialty chargrilled chicken is the best, moist and tasty. The place is not fancy, but nice and clean. The food is served promptly and the staff is efficient and courteous. If you are in a hurry and hungry this is the place to go you will be satisfy.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
